Anelok: updated BOM

I also updated the BOM for the "20170409" version. This version is
close to the maximum configuration of the design, i.e., optional
features like lowering the system voltage in standby, the DC-DC
regulator for RF, and a low-power crystal for RF, are all included,
and each of the three MCUs (sMCU, cMCU, and nRF51) has the maximum
memory size for the respective chip family.

For 100 units, the cost of the components that go on the PCB would
be USD 25.37. This does not include:
- the PCB itself,
- SMT,
- the case,
- assembly,
- testing,
- losses (yield),
- packaging,
- logistics.

For 500 units, it would be USD 21.72, i.e., slightly less than in
the estimate from February 2016:

The cost reduction is mainly caused by the price of the display
falling again.
